This Privacy Policy describes how H·AI·BI™ ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when your organization (a "Tenant") uses our platform. This is a template policy provided for a placeholder rollout and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before being relied upon.

1. Information we collect

- Account information: name, work email, username, and role assignments provisioned by your Tenant Administrator. - Usage data: questions asked, dashboards viewed, and other in-product activity, used to operate and improve the service. - Connection metadata: configuration for the data sources and language-model providers you connect (credentials are encrypted at rest and never displayed in plain text after entry). - Technical data: IP address, browser type, and log data collected automatically for security and diagnostics.

2. How we use information

We use the information above to provide, secure, and improve the service; to enforce the access, sensitivity, and row-level security rules your organization configures; to communicate with you about your account; and to comply with legal obligations.

3. Data retention

We retain account and usage data for as long as your Tenant remains active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Your Tenant Administrator can request deletion of your organization's data upon offboarding.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with subprocessors necessary to operate the service (e.g. cloud hosting, email delivery), each bound by confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Contact your Tenant Administrator or reach us at the address below to exercise these rights.
