Terms of Service (EULA)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute an end-user license agreement between you and H·AI·BI™ ("we," "us") governing your use of the platform. This is a template agreement provided for a placeholder rollout and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before being relied upon.

1. License grant

Subject to your Tenant's subscription and these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for your organization's internal business purposes.

2. Acceptable use

- Do not attempt to circumvent access controls, sensitivity classifications, or row-level security rules. - Do not use the platform to process data you are not authorized to process. - Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the platform without written permission. - Do not use the platform in any way that violates applicable law.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you connect to and generate within the platform. You are responsible for having the rights necessary to connect that data and for configuring access, sensitivity, and retention settings appropriately.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated answers may be inaccurate — verify results before relying on them for business decisions.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these Terms. Your Tenant Administrator may terminate a user's access at any time.
